“HEAL” (Harmony, Empowerment, Adaptability, Link) is a dynamic training course designed to empower youth workers with the skills and tools needed to turn group diversity into a strength. The project aims to enhance the quality and innovation of youth work by providing participants with competences, tools, and methodologies to address the complex needs of young people with fewer opportunities.
What will participants gain? They will learn how to:
Recognize and support each young person’s unique potential
Understand group needs and dynamics
Design meaningful, engaging, and empowering learning experiences
Use peer education to foster collaboration and shared growth
