The Center for Personal Development and Combating Risk Behavior Association obtained this year the Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of Adult Education, no. 2023-1-RO01-KA120-ADU-000191809. The project runs from June 2024 to December 2027.

The project “Raising Parents: Dealing with Stress”, funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, project no. 2024-2-RO01-KA210-ADU-000290814, will be implemented during the period March 2025 – August 2026 and aims to develop and implement a stress management programme dedicated to parents of children with emotional difficulties.

The project “Care 4 Youth”, funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, project no. 2025-1-RO01-KA210-YOU-000350804, will be implemented during the period December 2025 – December 2026 and aims to develop and implement a programme for strengthening the coping skills of young people in the child protection system.

The project “Stage Your Confidence” is a youth worker mobility project funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, project no. 2025-1-RO01-KA153-YOU-000300316. The project will be implemented during the period December 2025 – November 2026 and aims to develop youth workers’ competencies in managing young people’s anxiety-related issues. Schools | Romania
“ABC for Success” is a project that aims to explore students’ options and resources for their educational and professional orientation. Within the project, group counseling sessions will be held on counseling and career guidance topics.
The 6th edition (2025–2026) aims to expand activities nationwide. The target group will consist of at least 5,000 students from all counties. –
PSIHO KIT Center | Alba Iulia
Group activities allow participants to analyze how they relate to others. The group functions as a system that supports the persona in their analysis, offering at the same time the possibility of harmonizing the relationship with others and contributing to achieving personal balance to optimize. The project aims to optimize the individual lives of children, adolescents, and adults by exploring interactive learning situations.

Improving the intervention capacities of teachers, school counselors, and parents from six educational institutions in Alba and Sibiu counties.
CTF from Alba County | Alba
The project “Camps: Values for Tomorrow” aims to support the values-based emotional development of children and young people in Alba County and to raise awareness of the importance of inclusion and acceptance of vulnerable people.

The project “School, a Space for Students’ Emotional and Social Well-Being” aims to enhance students’ socio-emotional well-being and to support teachers in becoming true empathetic facilitators, capable of providing psychosocial support to students.
Regional | Alba and Sibiu
The project “Psiho Coffee” is an initiative that brings psychology closer to young people, adults, and seniors in cafés across Alba Iulia.
The 2nd edition took place between November 2023 and February 2024.
The 3rd edition was held between November 2024 and February 2025.

Foster Care Centers from Alba County | Alba
The “Colorful Ideas” project aims to develop the personal autonomy of children and young people in foster care through the development of creative and critical thinking. The target group consists of 50 children and young people in foster care from Alba county, aged between 7 and 18. The project runs from September to December 2022.

“Everyday psychology” is a project intended for all those who want to learn more about the implication of psychic processes in everyday life and the influence of the existing relationships between them in shaping and developing their own personality.
Foster Care Centers from Alba County | Alba
— Special Youth Development Program
The Special Youth Development Program aims to develop the life skills of children and young people from foster care centers to improve their quality of life and facilitate social integration. In the third edition of the project, we aim to develop the life skills of 50 children and teens in 50 group counseling sessions through psychodrama techniques. Psychodrama is a psychotherapeutic method in which participants use spontaneous dramatization and role-playing to investigate and gain new insight into their lives.
